The first stages of issuing information to various parties to assess interest and support. |

Initial Sign up Day:
The chance to register an interest in the play by signing up an interest on a
nice Saturday morning in St Mary's Centre. A saying about the relative values of
pressed men and volunteers springs to mind. |

'Tell a Tale' Evenings:
The rich source of stories from local residents produce ideas for inclusion
within the scripts |

Scripting Workshops:
The early meetings of the Scripting group take place.
Oh dear, we had all been getting on so well until

Script preparation:
Typing up of scripts plus the organisational and technical arrangements get under
way |

Casting and Job allocation:
The teams of helpers start to be formed. |

Rehearsals:
The run up begins. A very detailed schedule for the cast and technician
will be issued ahead of this time. |
